OUR CONDITIONS
We love to be clear and transparent with our clients, so before booking we invite you to read our rental conditions:
1. Reservation and Payment
• Full Payment: Full payment must be made at the moment of booking.
2. Cancellations
• Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: Full refund of payment.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: Deposit will not be refunded.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- FREE CHECK IN BETWEEN 14.00-19.00
- From 19.00 it's possible to check in with a fee that you can pay directly on check in:
- 19.00-21.00 30€
- 21.00-00.00 50€
- After 00.00 an extra €10 is calculated on the price of €50 for each hour extra.
- CHECK OUT 10.00AM
- We work with safe box for automated check in, for the mayority of our apartments. So you can check in, for free at any time start from 14.00, we'll send you all the information via whatapp.
4. Pet Policies
• We do not accept pets.
5. House Rules
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Respect the rest of your neighbors
• SMOKING INSIDE IS NOT ALLOWED.
6. Responsibility
• The client is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
• It will be your responsibility and you must pay the corresponding amount in case you lose the key, or forget the key inside.
• It is recommended to take out travel insurance.
